Wellness Centre Planned for Prime Four.

The construction of a significant wellness centre to provide a range of healthcare services for companies as well as families and individual customers is the latest building complex to be announced at Prime Four Business Park in Kingswells.

The One Healthcare Group, will operate the 45,000 square feet state-of-the-art centre at the business park. The facility will comprise of wellness suites for health screening and occupational health services with consulting, diagnostics and treatment rooms and bedrooms with associated parking.

A detailed planning application on behalf of park developers Drum Property Group and One Healthcare Group has been submitted for consideration by Aberdeen City Council. Subject to planning consent, the new facility will be built to One Healthcare's specifications by Drum Property Group, with construction beginning before the end of 2015.

Prime Four has been specifically selected by One Healthcare Group due to its excellent location and access, and with the customer in mind, the extensive amenities and facilities on site, and the opportunity for ample parking.

The centre will introduce leading edge technology and design features within the complex, aimed at specifically enhancing the patients’ experience and wellbeing.

The One Healthcare Management team has been responsible for the financing, development and operation of over 50 similar centres across the UK over the last 25 years.

One Healthcare will join major energy operators LR Energy, Statoil, Apache, Nexen, Transocean, OneSubsea and Premier Oil, and accountants Anderson Anderson Brown, at Prime Four.

Social amenities at Prime Four are now operational and include the Fourcourt plaza, designed to be the park’s social hub and comprising a multi use sports pitch, a new Village Urban Resort hotel and health club complex, a Starbucks, a Victory cafe bar and restaurant and the Fresh takeaway delicatessen. In addition, pre-school childcare has also been introduced to the park with Kingswellies Nursery opening in early April.
