Uddingston Consent Secured.
Drum has secured planning consent to develop 19,000 sq ft of retail space that will include Marks & Spencer in Uddingston, just outside Glasgow.
The new Marks and Spencer store will consist of 11,000 sq ft with 5,000 sq ft at mezzanine level and work is expected to begin in June with completion scheduled for late Autumn. There will be 3 additional retail units across 3,000 sq ft.
