Finalists Announced in Scottish Property Awards 2022.
Drum has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Scottish Property Awards 2022, which celebrates excellence in commercial property.
The 9th annual Scottish Property Awards have revealed 38 companies responsible for the developments and teams which have progressed to the finals in 15 categories.
Having been recognised as a finalist at every previous event, this year Drum is shortlisted in both the Regeneration Project of the Year and Property Company of the Year categories.
A judging panel of 20 industry experts assessed and scored entries which featured office developments, hospitals, schools, health and community centres, universities, hotels and regeneration sites across the country.
Despite the uniquely challenging circumstances that all businesses continued to face as the country started to emerge from the Covid-19 crisis, the past year saw the continued expansion of Drum’s development portfolio across Scotland. Drum has been able to complete major transformational projects, secure significant new deals and develop a strong forward work-flow of scale in the face of exceptionally difficult market conditions.
