Drum Shortlisted As Finalist for Property Company of the Year.
Drum Property Group has been selected as a finalist for Property Company of the Year for the fifth year in succession at the Scottish Property Awards.
The Scottish Property Awards judging panel is an independently appointed panel of commercial and public property industry experts who bring together experience and market knowledge from across Scotland.
2018 was another busy and productive year for Drum.
After completion of an extremely complex land assembly, Drum secured Barclays Bank as its first occupier in for Buchanan Wharf in July. Buchanan Wharf will shape the direction of expansion and regeneration of Glasgow City Centre for decades to come.
Drum also committed over £100m investing in mixed-use schemes that will complete Pacific Quay and transform lower Leith Walk, Edinburgh, whilst starting construction of 220-apartments at Finnieston in Glasgow. Additionally, Drum continues to invest in the expansion and diversification of award-winning Prime Four, whilst acquiring and promoting key strategic sites and opportunities in and around the North East of Scotland and in the English regions, for future development.
The top performing companies will be announced at the Awards in February 2019 in Glasgow, at Scottish commercial property’s biggest celebration.
