Drum Short-listed for OAS Development Award 2014.
Drum Property Group has been shortlisted in two categories for The OAS Development Awards 2014. The awards are an annual celebration of the UK’s best deals and developments.
Drum is a finalist in the Deal of the Year (Outside London) category for The Grande, Drum’s £100m city-centre regeneration project, and Developer of the Year category.
The OAS Development Awards is the only event in the property industry awarded by agents which recognises excellence in office development, sustainability and transactions across the wider UK, City of London and West End markets. Now in their 32nd year, the Awards attracts entries from many of the leading development schemes, developers, occupiers, agents, funds and others annually.
