Drum Named Property Company of the Year.
Drum Property Group was named Property Company of the Year at the Scottish Property Awards held last night (5 March) in Edinburgh.
Drum’s Prime Four Business Park was also named Development of the Year (Commercial Buildings) at the awards, which recognise the best commercial and public property developments in Scotland.
A total of 15 awards were presented on the night, at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre in front of 525 guests.
Graeme Bone, Group Managing Director at Drum said,
“We are obviously delighted for Drum’s activities to be recognised at the awards and are particularly proud to be named Property Company of the Year.
It is a great achievement for all the team, following a period of significant expansion with a new Investment division opening in Edinburgh, and our development activity throughout the UK.
The pipeline of new projects and partners is very exciting and we are looking forward to continuing to build on this success in the coming months and years.”
