Anderson Anderson Brown Achieves Practical Completion.
The new office complex for Anderson Anderson Brown at Drum’s Prime Four Business Park has achieved practical completion.
The 45,000 square foot facility has been built to AAB's specifications by Drum and will have capacity for more than 400 employees. AAB expect to move in to the new office after 7 June following a short period of fit out.
The new, L-shaped environmentally friendly building features a stunning glass atrium as its centrepiece, and will be located close to Prime Four’s social and amenity plaza, the Fourcourt.
