Built-to-suit UK head office and training centre for drilling major.

The final buildings of the first phase at Prime Four Business Park were a 90,000 sq ft office HQ and 25,000sq ft training complex pre-let, designed and constructed for Transocean UK Drilling. The buildings provide a high level of amenity and service for over 500 staff and a regional training centre. Economic consultants calculated that the first phase alone at Prime Four created an estimated 1,200 jobs and be worth over £300 million a year to the local economy. (Source: DTZ June 2012). Drum sold the pre-let office building in July 2012 to F&C Commercial Property Trust (now BMO Real Estate). The buildings have since been re-let to TAQA and Maersk Training.
