Drum recognised in UK Awards.
Drum Property Group was Highly Commended at the 2019 Property Week Awards on 24 April for the Barclays deal at Buchanan Wharf.
The deal to develop and sell 470,000 sq ft of grade A office campus at Drum’s development will allow Barlcays to double its workforce in Scotland and represent a ‘real game-changer’, according to the panel of judges.
Drum has also been shortlisted at the OAS Development Awards in June, for Deal of the Year (Outside Central London), again for the Barclays deal. Now in their 36th year, the awards are a celebration of the UK’s best deals and developments, and the people who make them. The OAS Development Awards is the only event in the property industry awarded by agents which recognises excellence in office development, sustainability and transactions across the wider UK, City of London and West End markets.
