Drum pre-sold a 101,000 sq ft complex in December 2012 to De Vere Village Urban Resorts for the construction of its first Village Hotel in Scotland. The 4-star hotel and spa includes a Starbucks, health club, gym, swimming pool and bar restaurant, providing services and amenity for local residents and workers based at Prime Four Business Park. The 144-bedroom hotel complex opened in 2014.
