In 2012, Drum pre-let, designed and constructed a 115,000 sq ft office HQ for Nexen Petroleum UK Ltd (now CNOOC) on a 15-year lease at Prime Four Business Park. The building provides the 570 staff with a high level of amenity, with fully catered restaurant and café, gym, showers and a 5-a-side football pitch. Ideally located on the city’s western office corridor, surrounded by affluent suburbs, Prime Four is integrated with the local transport system, road network, cycle lanes and international access via Britain’s fastest-growing airport. Drum sold the pre-let office building in July 2012 to F&C Commercial Property Trust (now BMO Real Estate).
