September 2007 - Work has started on DrumÕs residential development at Southbar, Erskine. The scheme will comprise 8 luxury villas set in a rural location within easy commuting distance of Glasgow.

August 2007 - Local Solicitors, Gavin Bain & Co have taken a Head Lease of 432-434 Union Street, Aberdeen and a new 15 year Lease at an initial rent of £81,000 per annum. 434 Union Street, Aberdeen will be sub-let to International Offshore Training Company Falk Nutec.

July 2007 - Following from completion of refurbishment and lease restructure, Drum has let a 21,000 square foot warehouse and office facility in Hareness Road, Aberdeen to HPF Energy Services on a new 15 year lease at an initial rent of £165,000 per annum. The building was acquired from Kilmartin in 2006.

May 2007 - Drum has acquired a portfolio of 40 residential properties in Edinburgh from Terrace Hill Group plc. The properties will be retained within the Company's portfolio.

March 2007 - Drum has acquired 432-434 Union Street, Aberdeen from a private client of FG Burnett Ltd. Drum has secured Class II consent for the units and they will be available to let after completion of reconfiguration and extensive refurbishment.

January 2007 - Drum has agreed to acquire a site for retail and residential development in the thriving market town of Largs.

December 2006 - Following from completion of extensive refurbishment, Drum has secured the letting of Esker House in Aberdeen to a subsidiary of John Wood Group plc on a new 10 year lease at an initial rental of £115,000 per annum.

November 2006 - Work has started on the Metropol, Drum's development of 40 luxury 2 bedroom apartments in Aberdeen. The £6.5m development is scheduled for completion late in 2007.

October 2006 - Drum has acquired a vacant office and industrial unit at Raiths, Dyce, Aberdeen. Drum has let the building to Welldynamics International Ltd for a 10 year period at an initial rental of £91,000 pa

July 2006 - Following from completion of a lease restructure Drum has acquired the upper parts of 179 Union Street, Aberdeen for a luxury apartment development. Work has started on the building and the units will be complete and ready for occupation in January of 2007.

June 2006 - Drum has acquired the Hillside House Hotel, Hillside, Portlethen and secured planning consent to re develop the site and provide 22 new dwellinghouses. In a separate transaction Drum has acquired an adjacent green field site for the development of 11 luxury detached dwellings

May 2006 - Drum has completed the sale of the Retail element of their redevelopment of Alloa town centre to Morley Fund Management at a price of £5.255m representing a NIY of 5.01%.

January 2006 - Drum Property Group has acquired the Wood International Centre in Craigshaw Drive, West Tullos, Aberdeen. The property comprises 15,000 square feet of office and industrial space. The property is to be offered for lease after completion of a comprehensive refurbishment.

December 2005 - Drum Property Group has acquired Millwalk Business Park, North Berwick for an undisclosed sum. The property comprises a mixture office and industrial space and is partially let. Drum intends to actively manage the asset and develop additional units on the periphery of the Park. Millwalk Business Park is immediately adjacent to the proposed Tesco Foodstore.

November 2005 - Drum Property Group Limited has secured a further letting at its Thistle Brewery Development in the centre of Alloa. Acorn Pet Centres will occupy 4,000 square feet of retail space within the Development which comprises 60,000 square feet of retail, residential and leisure accommodation.

October 2005 - Drum Property Group Limited has been selected by Aberdeenshire Council to develop a strategic site in the centre of Peterhead. The Development will comprise 20,000 square feet of retail space and 30 apartments and is an important component of the Peterhead Urban Regeneration Strategy.

September 2005 - Drum Property Group has completed the sale of its residential development at Downies Road, Portlethen. The Development comprised a mix of 2 bedroom detached and semi detached bungalows.
