September 2010 – Drum has acquired 103 acres of land at Kingswells. The superb location of the site makes this an excellent strategic acquisition for Drum.
July 2010 – Micasa Aparthotel Ltd., a Drum subsidiary has opened Cocoa, a bar and bistro adjacent to the highly successful Micasa Aparthotel in the City Centre. The Building was acquired by Drum in 2009. Please see www.cocoa-aberdeen.co.uk for more information.
June 2010 – Drum has acquired the well known former "Colour Box" store in Holburn Street, Aberdeen for an undisclosed sum. The Building has been pre let by Drum to Tesco Stores Ltd. Tesco will trade their successful "Express" format from the site following completion of a comprehensive refurbishment by Drum.
April 2010 – Drum has successfully sold a substantial office, warehouse and yard complex at Hareness Road to a Client of Ryden following from acquisition, refurbishment and letting for £1.95m.
March 2010 – Drum has sold a suite of offices at 343 Union Street to a local Developer for residential development. The Building was acquired as part of a portfolio in 2008, planning permission secured and the asset disposed of.

November 2009 – Drum has concluded 3 sales at the former HBOS Branch at 499/501 Union Street, Aberdeen. The Ground Floor, let to Tesco Stores Ltd. has been sold to a Private pension fund. The first floor office suite has been sold to a local investor and the second floor to an owner occupier. October 2009 – Drum has purchased a public house at 11 Market Street, Aberdeen from Punch Taverns Ltd. for an undisclosed sum. August 2009 – Drum is to acquire the site of the former Copper Beech public house in Auchinyell Road, Aberdeen. An application has been lodged with Aberdeen City Council with our Partner, Langstane Housing Association Ltd to provide 35 much needed affordable homes. July 2009 - Drum has completed the refurbishment of Burnside Industrial Estate in Dyce acquired from BP plc in December 2008. All 6 units in the Estate have been let. June 2009 - Drum has joined forces with Barratt Developments to promote a major expansion for Stonehaven. The master plan contemplates 1500 houses, a Food Store and associated community services and a Business Park together with comprehensive roads and infrastructure improvement. May 2009 - Drum has won a prestigious award at the Scottish Property Awards in Edinburgh. The Group was independently nominated as 'Up and Coming Business of the Year' by industry leaders who were impressed with the Group steady expansion and financial strength. April 2009 - Drum has sold the Davenport Care Home in the West End of Glasgow to an independent Nursing Home operator in a £2.25m deal. April 2009 - Drum has commenced another residential Development in Ullapool. The scheme has been pre sold to Cairn Housing Association. March 2009 - Drum has completed the purchase of the former HBOS Branch at 499-501 Union Street, Aberdeen. The former Bank will be developed into a 4000 sq ft retail unit and 2750 of office suites. The retail unit has been pre let to Tesco Stores Ltd.
January 2009 - Drum has completed the development of the former House of Fraser Store in Union Street, Aberdeen. The Building now comprises a full service 57 bed ApartHotel split over 34 apartments. The Hotel will be operated by Drum.
December 2008 - Drum has acquired an industrial facility in Aberdeen from British Petroleum plc. The Property comprises 6 units with a total of 22,000 sq ft of space and will be refurbished by Drum and Let.
July 2008 - Drum has purchased an office block at Wellheads Road, Dyce, Aberdeen from SKF (UK) Ltd. The Building is to be refurbished to a pre agreed specification and leased for a period of 15 years to SKF at an initial rental of £125,000 pa
May 2008 - Drum has acquired a substantial residential portfolio from Blueroom Properties Ltd. The £20m Portfolio comprises 128 properties across Scotland. Drum will retain some of the portfolio and dispose of non core parts.
March 2008 - Drum has agreed to acquire a 90 bedroom nursing home just off Great Western Road, Glasgow. The building which is superbly located will, upon receipt of Planning Consent, be converted to form 40 apartments.
February 2008 - Drum has completed its development of 40 executive apartments at The Metropol, King Street, Aberdeen. All units were sold offplan to a consortium of investors.
January 2008 - Drum has acquired 45,000 square feet of prime space in the former House of Fraser Store, Union Street, Aberdeen. The building is to be converted to a serviced apartment development which will be retained by the Company.
